1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LoveList ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LoveList is a couples date night bucket list app that allows two users to:

• Create a shared list of date ideas
• Save and organize date ideas from Instagram and other sources online
• Plan dates and track memories
• Track completed dates and favorites

3. Account and Linking

LoveList uses device-based identification rather than traditional user accounts:

• Your device is identified by a unique identifier
• You can link with a partner by sharing a 6-digit couple code
• Both linked devices will have access to the shared bucket list
• You can leave a couple at any time through the Settings menu

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you add to LoveList (links, titles, descriptions, photos). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display this content to you and your linked partner.

You agree not to add content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Contains malware or malicious links
• Is spam or advertising
• Violates any third party's intellectual property rights

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LoveList only for its intended purpose: planning and tracking date ideas with your partner. You must not:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share couple codes with anyone other than your intended partner

6. Third-Party Content

LoveList allows you to save links from third-party websites (like Instagram). We do not control or endorse this content. You access third-party content at your own risk.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep LoveList available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Termination

You can stop using LoveList at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LoveList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LoveList.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
