Found something that isn't working right? Have an idea to make LoveList even better? Submit feedback directly through the app:

Open Settings

Tap the gear icon in the top corner of the app

Select "Send Feedback"

Choose whether it's a bug report or feature request

Describe the Issue or Idea

Include as much detail as possible to help us understand

Submit

We'll review your feedback and follow up if needed

We typically respond within 24-48 hours

Common Questions

How do I link with my partner?

One person creates a couple code in the app, then shares that 6-digit code with their partner. The partner enters the code to link your accounts together.

How do I delete my data?

You can leave a couple through Settings. To request complete deletion of all your data, email us at jack@buildsystemsnow.com.

The app isn't syncing

Make sure you have an active internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, contact us via email.
